These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Zidy Transactional Booking Notifications program and supplement the Zidy Terms of Service. The program is operated by Zidy Corporation, Inc. (“Zidy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
When you affirmatively opt in to the Zidy Transactional Booking Notifications program, you agree to receive non-promotional transactional text messages from Zidy related to a booking or associated transaction with a participating business.
Messages may include waiver requests and reminders, booking confirmations, booking changes or cancellations, appointment reminders, pickup or check-in notices, ready-for-pickup notifications, and return reminders.
A participating business name may appear in a message only to identify the booking or associated transaction. Participating businesses may trigger predefined transaction notifications, but Zidy controls the messaging program, message templates, sending rules, and message frequency. Participating businesses may not use this program to compose arbitrary messages or send marketing or promotional content.
You enroll by completing an affirmative opt-in process through an applicable Zidy-hosted booking, waiver, appointment, or check-in flow and providing a valid mobile phone number.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Your consent applies only to the Zidy Transactional Booking Notifications program and the disclosed transactional purposes. Consent is not sold, transferred, or treated as permission for a participating business or another party to send unrelated, marketing, or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or from your mobile device. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your text messaging and data plan.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, Zidy may send one final text message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, you will not receive additional messages from the Zidy Transactional Booking Notifications program unless you affirmatively opt in again.
To receive messages again after opting out, complete the applicable Zidy booking, waiver, appointment, or check-in opt-in process again.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your mobile device, wireless service, network availability, carrier filtering, and other conditions outside Zidy's control.
Zidy does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, promotional or marketing partners, or other unrelated third parties.
Zidy does not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text messaging originator opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Certain service providers may process limited personal information solely on Zidy's behalf and only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and deliver the messaging service. These service providers may include telecommunications carriers and messaging providers. They are not permitted to use personal information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Zidy may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Zidy, our users, or others.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the messaging program, our practices, or applicable requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
